As we covered in the Blockchain Bills in the U.S. article, this is officially the first bit of legislation to define crypto as legal property, within the United States. The total of 8 bills is so far a huge success, passing with a vote of 57-1 they are all heading to the next chamber in the coming week.

As Caitlin discusses here, the final outcome still has some time to play out but at everything is moving forward with negligible resistance. Once it reaches the final verdict and becomes officially passed into law, it shouldn't be long for other states to begin modeling and implementing similar legislation.

The amount of business for Wyoming this will generate remains to be seen, but with guys like Charles Hoskinson moving in things are looking pretty good for crypto in the state.
